their management is some of the worst, most unprofessional people i’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. exploit their staff, pressure them on sales sales sales. witnessed many sexist and racial micro aggressions. ironic considering some of their biggest venues centre black music but they don’t actually hire black people to market for them. one of the worst companies i have ever worked for. they do not care about the wellbeing of their employees. so much toxic behaviour goes around where department heads are on a patronising power trip. also everyone vapes in the office which is insane
