Great staff discount, but low pay for tough hours

Pros

50% discount for staff across all the locations. Other staff are friendly.

Cons

Don't provide enough pay for the anti-social hours that are required to be worked. Part time employees especially are given the closing shifts all weekend, every weekend and are paid the minimum possible without the addition of bonus or tips.

Good for alcoholics and late night lovers!

Cons

Owners don’t sing their own values. Company use service charge to pay their managers resulting in some terrible pay for staff. If serious about hospitality - avoid at all costs.
