Pros

You can work remotely. They promote from within and have a lot of employees that started out as a CSR and that now train other CSR's or are now supervisor's themselves. The training they provide is very thorough. You can enter contests and if you win earn gift cards. You get compensation for good attendance. If you have questions after training their still helpful and always give reviews on how you can improve. Sometimes they provide equipment. They have PTO.

Cons

Can't really think of any at the moment though i am sure there's at least one.

Pros

The work is straightforward and you get trained properly on how to do your job when you first start out, and the team supervisors do coach you to keep improvement happening. PTO plan is amazing! With the client I'm working with, I feel fulfilled at the end of my day with being able to help the customers out.

Cons

Since the pandemic hit in 2020, there hasn't been a lot of company engagement with everyone like it was back in a brick-and-mortar setting. That is improving though!
