Pros
The rhetoric they spew to new clients and potential business partners. It's a good "show"
Cons
As a former employee I can tell you that there are similarities to this company and Willy Wonka’s Chocolate factory whereas the product that is delivered is delicious and of the highest quality… but don’t ask a worker the injustices they had endure to get that output. As a former Oompa Loompa what I can tell you is that, way too many employees have been fired because they didn’t say “Good Morning” in the right tone, was told they didn’t have the same loyalty to the company as they do their own spouses, laughed during one of their Gestapo like morning huddles. The entire office is now outfitted with a litany of high definition cameras and microphones and the owners of the company are all too quick to let you know that every single thing you do and say in that office is being monitored and logged and anything even remotely considered to be gossip, disobedience or insubordination is cause for termination. Although this scrutiny is often overlooked when it comes to management as one manager in particular (who is often referred to as “The Walking Lawsuit”) is constantly barking out obnoxious, sexist and extremely disrespectful remarks in front of the entire workforce with absolutely no fear of reprimand and one of the owners has yelled and shrieked at so many employees over the course of time that he has acquired an eye condition in which his eye will inflame and expand almost to the point of explosion when he gets riled up.
