Pros

A huge amount of autonomy within the majority of the roles. Ideas and creativity are taken seriously and supported. The culture represents the company values and is reflected accoss all levels of leadership from top down. The company went the extra mile to support all staff during the pandemic where other companies in the sector had not. There is a huge push for diversity and Inclusion and it is clear to see the results from this drive. The company are growing fast and there are increasingly more new opportunities for new roles and projects.

Cons

They make it sad to leave

Hi there, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your review. I am so pleased to hear that you feel supported by your management teams and that we are keeping you well informed with the information you need to get the best out of your experience at TGG. Thank you for your feedback regarding the communication of the bonus scheme, I will ensure this is fed back to the relevant people. With regards to development plans, we have a great Coaching for Performance framework for discussing and identifying your development goals and I encourage you to discuss this with your GM if these conversations haven't already taken place. We have also recently re-launched our fantastic AGM to GM development programme to support our teams in taking the next step in their career journey with us. All the best Rachel

Pros

Staff are great and helpful always to help grow business and grow us as people and PTs. The members are great fun and easy to get along with.

Cons

The gym are making the PTs charge to much rent and should provide them with a little incentive to be able to earn money to work for them.
