Pros
The work is interesting and can be challenging. Overall I really like the company and the role, and love the ability for internal mobility. Management is usually very supportive of your career goals.
Cons
Leadership has shown over the last year consistently that they undervalue front line adjusters. Not just in terms of salary but their general attitude to adjusters by reducing ability to act with autonomy and make decisions based on experience.
