Pros
Great benefits and starting salary. Coming right out of college and having benefits on day one was really nice and the starting salary was better than a lot of other companies I looked it.
Cons
Hard to advance or move up, most moves are lateral. Moving to a different department was the only way to move, trying to move up in your own department was almost impossible.
