Very professional, working, up to date equipment, Company car is un-marked, so I do not have everyone in the city knowing what I do and what my personal job is! Easy claims system to use and operate. Reasonable productivity expectations. Culture, CULTURE & CULTURE, they let you be yourself and want you to express your feelings to assist in making the company a better place to work.
Cons
It is not Hanover’s fault or issue, but the World situation with social distancing has made the onboarding a little tricky, unable to train with a person and everything has been virtual. As a people person, I work better in social and hands on learning situations. BUT, again, this is not Hanover’s issue, it is the world we live in today.
