      The Hanover provides me with the flexibility I need to work remotely as well as some flexibility in my schedule. It is so important to have leaders that trust me to get my work done without micromanagement. I am grateful for the balance!

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
