3h trial shift unpaid, no respect for my time off discussed prior agreement, attempt to get me to do a training out of my working hours and during my holidays not offering being paid at all, lack of clarity in my rota being asked in a bad way to stay more hours than the ones scheduled and being assigned a high workload with no support and no break while other people were having unofficial breaks ( I just started working there so for a new person is quite unfair), really unprofessional approach from some high positions in management, salary is not stable is depending on what the manager thinks you should get, lack of training and support for new entries, favouritism, being questioned about the importance of my private life when I was asked to stay longer for bad organisation of the rota, had an accident at work, I asked to go for some medicine and I was told to use my break for that (not support and follow up about my wellbeing. The list goes on, I just worked there for 3 weeks and I wouldn't recommend anyone to get a job there.
