High staff turnover. No stable hours. Busy periods are fine but as soon as it gets quiet they don't give you any hours and tell you to take holidays to make up for the pay. Have to use all your holidays by July. So if you want to go on holiday in August you won't get any holiday pay because you haven't 'accrued' any days yet. But if you don't use them all by July you will lose them. Staff food is like prison food. You don't get a break at all if you work less than 7 hours, and only one 30 min break on an 11hr shift. They will also specifically schedule you on an 11hr/11.5 hr shift so they don't have to give you an hour break (which you can only get on a 12hr shift). Overall, not a very nice place to work. There are many other chain restaurants and independent restaurants who actually value their staff members and pay more.
