Upper management is extremely disorganized and AWFUL at communicating expectations, no one ever fully seems to know what is going on Told us there wouldn't be layoffs and then a few months later, laid off several team members. Now expecting current employees to take over laid off team members' work but haven't provided increase in compensation or explained how long we will be expected to do this.
