Pros

I liked working behind the help desk, they gave me network admin training, experience with a tracking utility and I got some skills dealing with people. The owner of the company seemed like a real nice guy.

Cons

Low pay, long hours, sales environment, disorganized, store manager didn't understand the industry... Which was strange given that it's Seattle.

Pros

inspiring management, good work life balance, mostly listened when I wanted to get something done. Not a lot of micro management which is nice.

Cons

not enough female managers....in fact i don't think there were any when i was there

Pros

The people made the job bearable. If you are new to sales you might learn a thing or two, otherwise, not much else.

Cons

Terribly disconnected upper management with no real care for employees, even management at some of the individual stores was atrocious. Terrible pay, not many benefits, and attempts to keep people working full time listed as part time so they didn't have to provide benefits. No chance to move up. Promises of raises that were never delivered to people or ended up being meaningless ($0.30-$0.50 cents/hr increase). Employees were fired for meaningless things to attempt to get others to step in line and work harder to compensate for lost people.
