I liked working behind the help desk, they gave me network admin training, experience with a tracking utility and I got some skills dealing with people. The owner of the company seemed like a real nice guy.

Low pay, long hours, sales environment, disorganized, store manager didn't understand the industry... Which was strange given that it's Seattle.
Learned good skills, made good friends, with some pushing I managed to get some certifications out of it that have helped me afterwards.

Had plenty of ideas for improving things and utilizing my skills that were ignored or rejected. Pay is crap with constant "pay lock" meaning they don't ever give raises.
