Micro aggressions, managers need real diversity training and accountability for their treatment of staff. White women think they are liberal but actually are the problem with diversity. Management is aware of issues with managers but don’t do anything. HR is a joke and is only there to protect the company. As long as you’re “nice” you'll be successful, ability to actually do your job is not valued. No career advancement & if you appear capable more work is assigned to you where those not capable skate by doing minimal work.
