Pros

- Incredible tools and concepts that transform people's lives - Autonomy and freedom as a core value - High quality work environment, tech, materials, resources, food - Focus on development of your natural talents - Awesome team mates who become good friends - Entrepreneurial culture that rewards those who create the most value, have a great attitude, and take initiative and personal responsibility - Owners and leaders who are passionate and committed - Focus on results while also caring about people - Amazing clients who are up to good things in the world - Positive, optimistic outlook and vision - Focus on "create don't complain" mindset - Lots of time off, focus on work/life balance with some volunteer days and flex time for appointments - Family feel, collaborative, team oriented with very talented colleagues

Cons

- If you don't have an entrepreneurial attitude (create value first before expecting opportunity), you won't be a good fit - There's lots of freedom to speak up, but if you don't naturally do so, it could be tough as you'll need to take initiative to ask for what you want - Because of the family feel and great culture, sometimes people stick around too long when the company isn't meeting their needs any more or they aren't growing - It's not perfect (nowhere is), but it's pretty awesome and we're always focusing on what's working and what's next in terms of improvements

Pros

Flex Time, free days, hybrid schedule. Great vision set by founders.

Cons

Company doesn’t always follow the values that they preach. A lot of passive aggressiveness and negativity even though the company culture is so “positive.” Values don’t matter if they’re not practiced.
