Cons
- If you don't have an entrepreneurial attitude (create value first before expecting opportunity), you won't be a good fit - There's lots of freedom to speak up, but if you don't naturally do so, it could be tough as you'll need to take initiative to ask for what you want - Because of the family feel and great culture, sometimes people stick around too long when the company isn't meeting their needs any more or they aren't growing - It's not perfect (nowhere is), but it's pretty awesome and we're always focusing on what's working and what's next in terms of improvements
