Pros

Being directly involved in every project and every client.

Cons

High expectations on everyone. You should be proactive, always be updated, and always only agree to management and say yes! They expect employees to work and run around like robots! We weren’t treated as humans who get exhausted and have feelings! This management is brutal!!

Pros

There isn’t much to like here. Avoid this company at all costs.

Cons

Employees aren’t rewarded based on merit, but on their relationship with management. Leadership doesn’t respect boundaries and constantly forces employees to meet their demands, even outside of work. People are more interested in gossip than actually doing their jobs.
