Pros

Nice people, free coffee, interesting concepts

Cons

I started in sales and was given a bunch of training material to do by myself. I was given old leads that have been in the system anywhere from 2 - 15 years. The expectation was to dial 60 people a day; I dialed 100, leading the team almost every day. I constantly iterated on my voicemails content, tone, and length. I sought feedback and mock calls with coworkers and my manager. I am very open to feedback and trying new things. I pride myself on my positive attitude, open-mindedness, and not being stubbornly stuck in my ways. I was very rarely able to get leads on the phone and, when I did, most often these people didn't remember Strategic Coach or were not at all interested in our entrepreneurial coaching. I was constantly reassured that this is normal and that as long as I'm putting in the input, the output would come. I worked hard each and every day. I did everything in my power to meet expectations but I can't make people pick up the phone. I was let go without explanation one day before the end of my probation period.

Pros

Flex Time, free days, hybrid schedule. Great vision set by founders.

Cons

Company doesn’t always follow the values that they preach. A lot of passive aggressiveness and negativity even though the company culture is so “positive.” Values don’t matter if they’re not practiced.
