One of the best parts of the role is getting to connect with a wide range of incredible entrepreneurs from all over the world. These relationships can become genuinely valuable and often extend beyond just business. Many people across the organization are passionate, thoughtful, and committed to a meaningful mission.

Cons

Sales leadership feels disconnected from the values the company promotes. The commission structure is outdated and, more concerning, not equitable—Canadian reps are compensated differently than U.S. reps despite selling the same programs. Development opportunities are minimal, and there’s a strong bias toward preserving the status quo rather than embracing innovation or feedback from those doing the actual work. Ideas are often shut down rather than explored, which makes it difficult to grow within the role or contribute meaningfully to improvements.

Working part-time at Strategic Coach while in school has been a fantastic experience. The team is supportive and the culture is positive.

Pros

Flex Time, free days, hybrid schedule. Great vision set by founders.

Cons

Company doesn’t always follow the values that they preach. A lot of passive aggressiveness and negativity even though the company culture is so “positive.” Values don’t matter if they’re not practiced.
