Some of the supervisors are either not familiar with corrections or are cast outs of the Fla. Corrections. system. Dinsmore is a cesspool and your reputation will be damaged. The abuse of Inmates is unconscionable and if you report it to Corporate they will find away to fire you. If you don't report it you are a criminal in the eyes of the State. No winning here. Stay away.
