Pros
If you live in a friendly community, it's a joy to have repeat customers and build those relationships with your regulars.
Cons
Not well paid work. You'll need to learn quite a bit quickly with mostly hands on training. Also if you get annoyed hearing the same questions or helping people who don't know how to follow Amazon return instructions you're going to probably not like this job so much. It's repetitive, but I thought of it as meditative.
