Pros

Some people are nice and helpful, but those have either left already or are halfway out the door.

Cons

The culture is far more competitive than it needs to be, and not in a way that promotes growth or healthy performance. Instead, it often feels toxic and unnecessary—especially compared to other industries that are objectively more competitive and high-pressure yet far more supportive. Management shows little concern for employees as human beings. As long as you’re glued to a screen all day, overextending yourself, and not questioning anything, you’ll likely be fine. However, for intelligent, driven, and thoughtful employees, this environment quickly becomes unsustainable. Turnover speaks for itself. What’s especially concerning is seeing reviews from over a decade ago describing the exact same cultural issues, which suggests meaningful change is unlikely anytime soon. If I were considering applying today, I would strongly reconsider. There is also a disturbing lack of boundaries. Gossip, bullying, and rude commentary about coworkers’ personal lives are common. People openly discuss matters that have nothing to do with work, and there is a culture of digging into others’ backgrounds—family, finances, and personal details. It creates an environment where trust is difficult, and you constantly feel the need to watch your back. There are individuals on teams who do not have your best interests in mind, even if it’s not immediately obvious.
