Pros

Almost everyone is really kind and very smart. Most people in this newsroom are skilled at their jobs.

Cons

Overall management is driving the network into the ground. There's no money for resources (subscriptions to video resources, opportunity to hire people with relevant experience, ability to fully staff the newsroom) and it is wearing on people quickly. There's no real strategy to help keep the network relevant and very little opportunity for growth or promotion. You'll be over worked and under compensated.
