      Pros

      A lot of great opportunities to learn - talks and collaborate with other teams.

      Cons

      Highly stressful work environment. Management seems to play the blame game for others mistakes. Seems to be a lot of overturn with employees as I saw a lot of people leave the company. Theradoc has a lot of great potential but the software is super buggy.

      My ideas are always listened to and considered. A lot of opportunity to innovate and be part of great, forward thinking projects.

      Cons

      There can be a lot of work but I think this provides opportunity in the long run.
