Pros
My ideas are always listened to and considered. A lot of opportunity to innovate and be part of great, forward thinking projects.
Cons
There can be a lot of work but I think this provides opportunity in the long run.

Pros
Pay is adequate The benefits are better than average. Some very dedicated employees. If you need to get away from the house, you can spend as much time as you'd like in the office.
Cons
Unskilled and untrained management. Project managers aren't trained to do their jobs appropriately and have high turnover. The company culture is poor with very little collaboration. Company environment seems to encourage isolation and competetive environment over team building and collaboration to build strengths in teams and communication. Because projects aren't managed appropriately, you spend the majority of your time putting out fires and constant interruptions. Managers don't prioritize tasks so no idea which of their crises needs to be completed first. Poor work/life balance and vacations are wrought with fear of what is going on in the office and what will you come back to. Easier to not take vacation. Technologies are antiquated.
