      Pros

      The front line staff are all good people and lovely to work with. The work experience was extremely valuable.

      Cons

      There is still a subtle, but noticeable boy's club culture at this company. Work-life balance not respected, and too much is expected of small teams. Too big of a push for staff to work at the offices after years of full flexibility. Noncompetitive benefits for noncompetitive pay. Received several miscalculated payslips. No clear career progression path.

      Very pleasant place to work, very people focussed, most shareholders work in the business, big enough to provide opportunities for growth and varied challenges but small enough to feel like a community even across locations. Reasonable pay, low levels of office politics

      Might not be your thing if used to large highly structured and hierarchical organisations
