      - pays ok - hardware ok - Paid MS exam vouchers - Great self paced learning resources

      Cons

      - HQ location on kRoad and very old even after renovation, and location itself not feeling very safe after 5-6pm - Absolutely lacks of culture and anything to do with it, no team building no nothing - Degrees of micromanagement - won't keep promises

      flexible working hours relaxed culture benefits ok multiple work locations

      culture is non existence bit of chaos at senior mgmt level micromanagement at mid management level no department level training at all, everything has to be self paced learning

      Pros

      The front line staff are all good people and lovely to work with. The work experience was extremely valuable.

      Cons

      There is still a subtle, but noticeable boy's club culture at this company. Work-life balance not respected, and too much is expected of small teams. Too big of a push for staff to work at the offices after years of full flexibility. Noncompetitive benefits for noncompetitive pay. Received several miscalculated payslips. No clear career progression path.
