Some real dedicated staff under tough conditions, good friendships forged.
Cons
Poor operations from the top down. Poor IT, accounting, HR and processes, causing knock on stress for all employees. High turn over of staff 1 every 2 -3 months. Employees being deliberately stretched across multiple roles, resulting in competition for analysts & admin support. Acquisitions and Asset management process gaps.
