Poor operations from the top down. Poor IT, accounting, HR and processes, causing knock on stress for all employees. High turn over of staff 1 every 2 -3 months. Employees being deliberately stretched across multiple roles, resulting in competition for analysts & admin support. Acquisitions and Asset management process gaps.

Corrupt business, would not trust doing any work with them. The senior people only care about themselves & are sneaky. Politically incorrect company especially the London office, left with no confidence after being repeatedly bullied, put down and intimated. You never know what is coming next.
