You aren't just stuck maintaining legacy code; I was actively encouraged to spearhead enterprise MLOps migrations, build scalable pipelines with FastAPI and Databricks, and containerize services using Docker and Kubernetes. Direct Business Impact: The work here translates directly to measurable ROI for clients. Rapid Career Progression: Management recognizes and rewards merit. I was able to rapidly progress from a Data Analyst Intern to a Machine Learning Engineer, ultimately leading end-to-end ML development and mentoring junior engineers.

Dealing with Client Technical Debt: As is common in tech consulting, you occasionally have to inherit and untangle highly fragmented legacy client data architectures (e.g., migrating flat files to Snowflake) before you can actually get to the exciting predictive modeling and AI work.
