      - Managed to have a good bunch of employees - Work-life balance - Easy to be part of new initiatives

      Cons

      - Mundane work (irrespective of level and experience) - Might have to work as glorified assistants for clients - Confused culture - showcased as open only when you've favorable things to say - Lack of professionalism - Limited clients and weak pipeline - Over-reliance on a single client
