Pros
Good to work in small organisation for HR. Learn to do multiple works from administration works to exit interview and dealing employee issues, induction, recruitment, business analysis, managing consultancies and technical recruitment. being in a team of only 2 we can learn alot. Learning with fun as you don't have much pressure.
Cons
no benefits, very low package than other teams. have to manage all activities. lot of hippocracy between employees. No coperation from employees to implement new ideas. no proper feedback regarding interviews. becomes tough to deal consultancies and candidates.
