Pros

According to me no pros to say

Cons

1. No proper training (depending up on team leader) 2. They offer ony 10k (8k by hand) per month for 6months and 12k (10k by hand) for next six months and then 15k (12.5k by hand) for next six months and then you will get first performance hike that mean you will get your first performance hike after 1.5 year (NO ESI CUTTING, OLNY PF CUTTING) 3. At the time of your performance hike they won't consider you hard work and over times. 4. For that small package they take your higher degree certificate in the sake of bond and they don't give your certificates untill your bond completes and if you want to break the bond you have to pay 2 lacs, its not legal to keep certificates for the sake of bond. 5. If there is any work load, they force you to work for extra hours but it was not considered as over time or incentive. 6. During any work load you have to work even when the time is 2AM for few people but they have to attend the office back on time at 9:30AM 7. At time of bond signature it was mentioned that the working timing are from 9.30AM to 6.30PM where as the actual working timings are from 9AM to 8PM that to without any incentive or over time. 8. No appreciation for your work. 9. No outings or trips. 10. Every event like secret santa, cookery event or even birthday parties are celebrated with our money only, company won't contribute single rupee. 11. If we want leaves it's a big headace process, TL and manager have to approve the leaves and we have to beg them for approval, if they refused to approve the leaves then if you take leave for 1 day, 2 days salary will be debited. 12. No life balance. 13. Company was established on 2007 but up to now no development in the company. Note:- Think twice before getting in to the company "Its my own experience"
