Vast amounts of learning, Benefits, working with the community, and decent pay.
Cons
Disrespect form staff and members, horrible communication, no real accountability, and never will have the staffing they truly need because they can't keep anyone so you will be shipped around with no understanding on how things are different which they will be even if they say it won't.
