Pros
I’ve been with Tide for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the most growth-focused places I’ve worked. The opportunities to learn and take on new challenges are everywhere, and I’ve really been able to stretch myself professionally. The support from my team and managers has been amazing – they genuinely care about your development and are always there to help when you need it. Another big plus is the culture. It’s collaborative and innovative, and it feels good to be part of a company that’s making waves in the fintech space. There’s a real sense of purpose here, and it’s motivating to see how your work contributes to the bigger picture.
Cons
If you’re someone who likes to take their time or needs a lot of structure, this might not be the best fit. Deadlines can feel tight, and there are moments when it feels like there’s just too much to do. Work-life balance can be a bit tricky to manage because of this. While Tide does encourage taking breaks and using your time off, the reality is that the workload can sometimes make it hard to fully disconnect, but that's expected from fintechs in general;)
