there is a lot to learn from the founder, Franklin. knowledgeable professional and a passionate person. colleagues are friendly in general and office is pretty new since it was not long ago since they moved in. there are a projects from all over the world like china, india, indonesia etc.
Cons
very high turnover and a lot of talking behind the back. employees are seldom honest with management and seems to have a lot of in fighting in the office. high turnover leads me into thinking that the office has trouble retaining good people. colleagues should be honest with each other if they are unhappy which is rare. a lot of talk but action seems rare by some colleagues.
