Pros

Employee discount is very generous and so is the company store. Unfortunately there are not many pros in my experience.

Cons

Micromanagers- There are brigades of managers and assistant managers that stick together and only care about themselves while their employees are being treated poorly. Newsflash - no one is happy working there. It is hard to advance or move to another position without approval from said managers. Seems like everyone is either a manager or an assistant manager because there is no where to go and they hold people back from advancing. The Brand image does not match actual toxic work environment. Low pay - also no raises among many of the unhappy workers. Bullying from veteran workers and bad attitudes.

Pros

There's never been any pros.

Cons

Greedy company that takes away from their employees every year. Client advisors make less and less every year. You are not human to this company, you are a server and you are disposable. My experience was at the 3 story Royal Hawaiian store. They praise you for overworking yourself, only time you'll get that.
