      No tech skills needed or used. This company is so far behind with technology

      Low pay, long hours, the expectation to be on call 24-7, no work/life balance, no professional development, management completely out of touch with what actually happens on a daily basis

      Communicative and thorough hiring and training process, excellent starting pay and benefits for apprentices. Company is receptive to feedback.

      There's never been any pros.

      Cons

      Greedy company that takes away from their employees every year. Client advisors make less and less every year. You are not human to this company, you are a server and you are disposable. My experience was at the 3 story Royal Hawaiian store. They praise you for overworking yourself, only time you'll get that.
