Pros
The only pro I have is that I met some of the best people (on the ground employees) there and have made some long-term friendships. The employees were great and all hard workers. It's sad that some of the top employee talent has since left due to upper management's approach.
Cons
Upper management is extremely toxic, and the culture/HR team does not actually care about it's employees. The pay gap between individuals even doing the same job is massive. They hire incredibly talented people and do not use them to their fullest extend and typically make them do grunt work. They also expect you to be in office 100% (pre-covid) even though the work can be done fully remote and would make you take PTO days as sick days if you wanted to work from home. Additionally, I was hired under the basis that bonuses were going to be made part of the compensation package - and it never happened. They also have a very narrow focus on the product it's self and claim they're open minded to expansion, but refuse to actually focus on it. They have a ton of opportunity in the industry but won't grow if they don't expand their approach to the product. I hope they have changed since late 2019, but given the high churn that have and how very few people I know still working there - I highly doubt it.
