      Pros

      People are somewhat decent- I met some nice coworkers while working there.

      Cons

      - Biggest con: they will straight up lay you off while on maternity leave. Such a huge red flag and shows some major negative insight into their processes. - Micromanagement was a HUGE issue at this company. If you don't want someone breathing down your neck, don't work here. Especially in customer support. - So many bugs. Their platform is terrible. Oftentimes you are fighting against their platform just to get any work done.

      Great until their regular rounds of layoffs

      Struggling to think of any.

      Cons

      Employee's beware, every other year or so they lay off a bunch of people. Disingenuous and sneaky C Suite continually make dumb decisions, then quietly lay people off when their investor next sparc wants the numbers to look better. I know more people that have been laid off by this company then work for them currently.
