They value their employees greatly and care for each and every one of them.

There are no downsides I could think of

The environment is initially very welcoming, clean, and the job opportunities are exciting. Willing to train inexperienced employees, starting pay is not bad either.

Training was full of information gaps; supervisor is genuinely unpleasant with a hot and cold attitude. Withholds important information about jobs knowing that other employees will make an error. Does not nurture a teamwork spirit. No gratuity, or information. only consequences. This is not new information. Company does not intend to reel in or correct this behavior, therefore turnover rate for this section is very high. They will rush employees to complete inspection jobs, causing the very errors they seek to avoid, and then punish the employee.
