A fantastic team has been assembled across the company. Everyone is very knowledgeable, respectful, and fun to be around. I'd feel comfortable messaging anyone in the business for advice or support on an issue. The four day work week is a huge benefit but it is only one part of the overall package. The perks from the Colony membership, healthcare plan, and work activities (trips, parties, etc) all go towards a great culture.

It would be great to see and learn from the remote teams even more than we currently do.

Today Digital has an energetic, young team who are eager to learn, which creates a positive working environment. The four-day work week offers a great work-life balance, and is rare to find. Also, the Manchester office is in a "Colony" building, which is a great co-working space with lots of opportunity to work independently, or meet other teams and network.

Some of the team work remotely, it would be great to see them more often!
