We recently had a number of new joiners. I can feel the energy and atmosphere of the company becoming a lot more exciting. Some of the buildouts we're working on are pretty cool as well. I think the market we're working on has a lot of potential to expand, I am getting a lot of good exposure.
Cons
Workload can be intense and at times stressful. Definitely tight deadlines with sometimes no margin for error. However, that might just be the pace of the market and our management have big ambitions.
