      Pros

      We recently had a number of new joiners. I can feel the energy and atmosphere of the company becoming a lot more exciting. Some of the buildouts we're working on are pretty cool as well. I think the market we're working on has a lot of potential to expand, I am getting a lot of good exposure.

      Cons

      Workload can be intense and at times stressful. Definitely tight deadlines with sometimes no margin for error. However, that might just be the pace of the market and our management have big ambitions.

      Pros

      There are some exceptionally talented peers which make working in this firm bearable.

      Cons

      Overall bad working culture. Upper management constantly threatens to let go of individuals while setting unrealistic timelines. There was an exodus of some really talented individuals as a result of this along with some layoffs. Salaries are not very competitive, especially when considering the hours you have to put in. Pass this there isn’t any possible career progression. Overall, just isn’t a great place to work at despite some good colleagues who might not even be there for long.
