Cons
Toluna Start platform is a jack-of-all-trades, master of none. Poor pay. Lack of directness, too much emphasis on being overly polite, which is usually pleasant, but it can be difficult to get direct feedback from colleagues on how one can improve and sometimes leads to passive aggressiveness in some employees. Direct AND polite way of communicating internally needs to be encouraged more. Overkill of internal meetings makes it difficult to find time to work with clients, senior management did little to address this issue when raised. Not really a remote embracing culture for the sales team in the UK, they are pressured to come into the office some days for internal meetings. Heavily male-dominated Senior Leadership team, and a bit of an 'old boys club' attitude amongst some of them who have been at the business for a long time
