most of the sales people I have interacted with at Toluna were like sharks, no collegiality whatsoever and very disrespectful when issues occur. I always had the feeling that the work atmosphere was dictated by ruthless people ie the team leaders, operations director who based their management style absolutely on fear. there would be fights and scream between them in the office, which i obviously found quite disturbing as no one should come to work and assist to such scenes. really disappointing as a first work experience and London. other than that no real training was provided, asking your colleagues was seen as a weakness. i would not recommend this company to anyone unless you are equally ruthless and ready to step on dead bodies in order to get where you want to.
