      Pros

      I worked in London and Amsterdam for over 3 years. Exciting products to work on (Fitness team) Great team (skilled software engineers) to work with Very reasonable work - balance

      Cons

      If you are not in Amsterdam, don't expect any promotions By definition, employees that work in the UK, like London, earn less than someone in the same role in Amsterdam. This really surprised me when someone from HR told me that. Agile practises are poor and could be improved
