Constant unethical layoffs that are borderline illegal with "AI" cover stories to hide the company's evaporating revenue, limited prospects and bad decisions. Only the big rounds of layoffs make the news. Significant amounts of people who are ill, neurodiverse and women on maternity leave are targeted for redundancies (great job supporting diversity and women in tech there), with cruel, shady tactics to avoid paying out holidays. The works council are ineffective, unresponsive and opaque, they don't support the interests of employees.
