Pros
Cruelty free , affordable and good makeup products. Easy to make sales as the brand is about having fun and product names and packaging is extravagant. "Quickie" Training techniques for some products was very helpful for everyday and a good way to interact with a range of customers.
Cons
Blending Brushes , especially smaller ones,are poor quality. Artistry was not encouraged when doing looks / makeovers. Allocation did not include a foundation or concealer,for full time staff this should be a must as you are representing the brand 5+ days a week. Wages p/h and p/y low and Commission very Low. Sales tactics used in training are slightly OTT ( depending on where the store is and what kind of customer is shopping) which can scare away customers which I saw first hand many times.Many new customers feel the brand is for a very young age group as the display is Pink and bright so they will shy away from the counter so these tactics should be reviewed and maybe made more approachable and genuine. Brand was unorganised regarding stock. Counter was consistently missing or low on products and "waiting on a shipment"
