Outlet workers no longer have it I knew that. -Great team. really friendly coworkers. -Easy to get the job -great employee discounts -Able to take days off for vacation as long as you let manager knows a month earlier. -uniforms paid by company -backroom to take break and drinks -easy work -Nice I can get this job because my English is not that good but I guess its because I speak another language

Cons

-OMG, hard customers. Dramas all over the place. I am not kidding, I have been here for half a year, but I cried three times already. -Very strict schedule policy. Can't be late, can't missing the day, you have to call if you are late even for few minutes. Can't ask manager to change schedule in a week. Always need to use email to contact managers about schedule. Can't say no to holidays. Can't just reduce hours a lot. Can't have a long break (more than a month). Inflexible. Be aware. -Warnings. I can't believe there is written warnings. Mostly is about attendance problems. Like I said, attendance is everything here. -Thank you notes and weird customers policy. Be prepare to deal with a lot of customer issues. -Unorganized stocking. Really hard to find what I need. -Backhouse is messy and unorganized. Inconvenient. -Policy changing all the time. . I really can't follow up with it -Product Knowledge. There are always new inventory and You really need to follow the product knowledge which is impossible since we have to study on our own. -Lack of communication between team members. We don't have many meetings going on. But there are so much new information everyday sometimes could be really overwhelming. -Charge send. Believe me, Charge send is so complicated and I try so hard to avoid it. -Return policy. Tory has a good return policy , way too nice to customers and hurts my sales so bad.

Pros

• Strong brand recognition and a loyal customer base. • Employee discount and sample sales are excellent perks. • Talented and hardworking teams across many functions.

Cons

• Work-life balance is extremely challenging, particularly at the leadership level. Long hours and constant availability are often expected rather than the exception. • The culture can feel transactional and driven by a "got you" mentality rather than collaboration, coaching, and development. • Favoritism and nepotism are noticeable and can create inconsistent standards across teams and individuals. • Leadership accountability is lacking. Expectations are often high, but accountability is not always applied equally across the organization. • Decision-making can feel political, with perception carrying more weight than actual performance or results. • There is a significant gap between the company's external messaging and the internal employee experience. While the brand publicly champions women and female empowerment, many employees may find that the internal culture does not consistently reflect those values in practice. • Transparency, integrity, and trust can be lacking, which contributes to an environment where employees may feel unsupported or undervalued.
